MailOnline-News:Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore 'FINALLY sign divorce agreement after she drops claim to spousal support'

Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore are said to have finally signed their divorce agreement after Demi reportedly conceded on the point of spousal support.
A source close to the pair told the New York Post's Page Six: 'Ashton and Demi have finally signed their divorce agreement. They are about to file paperwork with the court that will formally end their marriage.'

Demi was originally claiming spousal support on grounds Ashton cheated on her. However, TMZ reports Demi was forced to back down, as cheating doesn't entitle you to spousal support in California, a no fault state.

The estranged couple - who parted ways back in November 2011 - are believed to have settled their paperwork and are expected to file legal documents to formally end their six-year marriage as soon as next week.
While the former Hollywood power couple seemed to be on friendly terms when they were spotted chatting at LAX Airport last month, it had previously been claimed that they were battling it out over their finances.

The insider added: 'There had been lengthy negotiations between lawyers for both sides about the financial settlement — in particular, how much he owed her from their marriage.
'They have finally come to an agreement that was acceptable to all sides.'

Demi, 50, is believed to be worth $150 million in her own right, but reportedly wanted spousal support from her ex-husband - a contentious issue, given her vast wealth.
Meanwhile, Ashton, 35, became the highest-paid actor on television when he replaced Charlie Sheen as the leading role in Two And A Half Men in May 2011 for a staggering $750-000 per episode.
The star has also made lucrative investments in various technology companies, and earlier this week signed on to the project for Lenovo’s new Android tablet as a spokesman and product engineer.

Ashton and Demi didn't sign a prenuptial agreement when they tied the knot in September 2005, meaning the actress could, in theory, be entitled to a proportion of her former beau's earnings while they were together.
The Two And A Half Men star filed for divorce in December 2012, a year after the couple first parted ways.
In her papers, filed in March 2013, Demi cited 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason behind the split, and stated the official date of separation as November 17, 2011 - two months after Ashton's alleged one-night stand with party girl Sara Leal.
