But it seems Coleen and Wayne Rooney still manage to find time for each other as they proved on Friday when they headed out for lunch in Liverpool.
And showing his caring side the football star gave his wife a bit of time off as he carried three-month-old Klay into the restaurant in his car seat.
Hands free: Wayne Rooney carried baby Klay as he and Coleen headed for lunch on Friday in Liverpool
Coleen, 27, was then free to walk hands free, simply toting her leather handbag, which must have made a rare change for the working mother.
Dressed in pair of blue patterned trousers and a loose fitting black top, the WAG looked casual and relaxed for her lunch date with Wayne.
Her long hair was left free to cascade down her back and she showed off her natural beauty by going make-up free.
What a carry on: Wayne carried Klay in his car seat as they made their way to the restaurant
Wild thing: Coleen wore a pair of animal print leggings with a loose-fitting black T-shirt
Behind her came Wayne who was his usual dressed down self, wearing a black T-shirt and black tracksuit.
Carrying his son’s car seat the 27-year-old looked like a natural with his young one, as he has proved time and time again with Kai, who didn’t join them on the trip.
Kai however has been receiving plenty of attention from his parents as of late and last week he was treated to a trip to Peppa Pig World – he has also been spotted out cycling with his father.
Quality time: Wayne and Coleen are clearly making sure they find time for each other
And as if the fun days out with his parents weren’t enough earlier this month it was revealed that three-year-old Kai has had his own fast food diner built in his grandparents’ back garden.
The make-shift restaurant called Little Roo’ Diner was built by Tony and Colette McLoughlin at their home in Roby, Merseyside so he can not only serve them but also eat his own dinner there.
Natural: Coleen looked relaxed and pretty wearing very little make-up for her lunch date
It is believed the diner was built so Kai didn't feel left out after the birth of his baby brother Klay in May.
A source told The Sun: 'He absolutely adores it. Like all parents Wayne and Coleen didn't want their eldest to feel jealous.
'New babies demand a lot of attention and they're keen for him not to feel left out.'
