She then followed up with seven- and two-minute warnings, before making the big announcement: 'Here it is now!! #CantRemembertoForgetYou @OnAirWithRyan @RyanSeacrest.'
Shakira also got in on the action, tweeting both in English and her native Portuguese.
'Today is the day! Are you ready? #CantRememberToForgetYou @Rihanna ShakHQ,' she informed her fans, a day after a small portion of her vocals were leaked online.
