After attending the Emmy award show the 41-year-old Modern Family star attended the HBO's official launch party at The Plaza in Los Angeles on Sunday.

The Hollywood starlet was clearly in the party spirit, despite not winning Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series’ for her role as Gloria Delgado-Pritchett in Modern Family.
Sofia started her night at the Fox Emmy afterparty which was attended by her co-star Eric Stonestreet.
She turned up to the Emmy's and after-parties with a big entourage of people including her 21-year-old son Manolo and her wealthy businessman boyfriend Nick Loeb .
The pair looked loved up on the dance-floor as Nick stroked Sofia's hair while they were dancing.
