Trying for that certain 'Je ne sais quoi': Chris Brown rents a 250k Lamborghini to drive from his hotel to gig in Paris

He's made no secret of his love of living life in the fast lane and he even named his tour Carpe Diem.

And on Friday Chris Brown continued to live by that motto as he rented a sports car to drive to his gig in Paris on Friday..


The controversial rapper tried his best to look flashy in the white Lamborghini Aventador, which is worth a cool 250k as he made his way to the Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy to perform

Instead of hiring a chauffeur for the short drive, Chris decided to brave the Parisian streets alone.

Presumably the rapper used a Sat Nav to help him navigate the journey, rather than trying to speak French if he needed directions.
The 23-year-old looked excited as he made his way to the powerful and sought-after car.

Going solo: Chris didn't seem to mind driving himself to the concert venue, despite presumably not knowing his way around the city

Dressed in a yellow bomber jacket, which he teamed with chinos and a black hoody, Chris looked casual for his gig.
Ahead of his arrival in the city of love, Chris tweeted: 'Get ready Paris, I’m on my way… CB.'
Earlier in the week Chris once again proved his love of the high-life, as he posted a number of pictures of himself smoking pot in Amsterdam.

In one image he posed with three joints in his mouth at once, while in another he was surrounded by smoke as he held his head. 
After posting the somewhat controversial images, feeling the need to apologise, he tweeted: 'Oh Amsterdam y'all are treating me so well! I'm sorry to everyone who got offended to my weed pics, 
'I apologize but if y'all don't like it they don't do it. It's simple. #TeamBreezyKickA**'

The European leg of his tour will end in Paris on Friday night at the Bercy.
He will then fly to Dubai where he will no doubt continue to 'carpe diem'.
After reactivating his Twitter account following an explosive and foul-mouthed argument with a female comedian, he tweeted a picture of himself with a scantily clad Rihanna.
The couple are believed to have recently rekindled their relationship despite Chris still being under probation for assaulting the 24-year-old Diamonds singer.
