Egypt has downgraded diplomatic relations with Turkey and expelled its ambassador to Cairo.It's a sharp rise in tensions between the two countries that escalated since the military coup that led to the toppling of former President Mohammed Morsi.Turkey immediately responded by declaring the Egyptian ambassador "persona non grata" and downgrading relations to the same level.Al Jazeera's Anita McNaught reports from Istanbul.
