The troubled Hollywood star was left struggling with her skimpy frock as she tried to elegantly clamber out of the chopper after a flight in Brazil on Saturday.
Dressed in a long grey maxi dress with a pair of Beats by Dre headphones hung around her neck the actress stepped out of the aircraft and on to the runway flashing plenty of flesh from her right breast as she went.
On Friday Lindsay enjoyed a night out on the tiles in Sao Paulo sparking concern from her father Michael after she was spotted sitting underneath a table in a nightclub.
Michael wrote an open letter to her agent Mike Heller warning him to keep his daughter safe or take full responsibility for her.

"Judging from what has happened to in the past, and the way she looks down there from the pictures in the media, it's not a good thing. If you have anything to do with her being there, its on you. Count on it. (sic)"
