Kylie is the youngest member of the Kardashian clan, and the famous family are currently embroiled in a bitter legal battle.

Now, Ellen has accused the legal team representing Kim, Khloe, Kourtney and Rob Kardashian and their mother Kris Jenner of a ‘legal bullying’ campaign.
Letters exchanged between the two parties – Ellen’s lawyers Arnold Peter and Marcus Lee and the Kardashians’ chief attorney Marty Singer – in July were filed in court on August 30.
According to Radar Online in one letter, Ellen’s lawyers wrote to the Kardashians’: ‘It is the formal policy of our firm not to engage in protracted letter-writing campaigns masquerading as unprincipled threats or legal bullying.

In turn the Kardashians are demanding Ellen pay sanctions in the form of $48,700 as they claim the conduct of her lawyers caused them to ‘incur significant litigation fees that could have otherwise been avoided.’
The stars claim that Ellen’s legal team ‘engaged in a calculated effort to avoid and failed and refused to engage in, the requisite meet and confer efforts’ and she filed a counter-claim in the form of a defamation lawsuit.
A hearing to determine whether or not Ellen will have to pay the fine has been scheduled for September 30 in federal court.
